Not in the traditional sense. At CoNomad, you don’t share an apartment with strangers — every guest has their own private apartment, either solo or with a partner. You get the best of both worlds: full privacy, and shared spaces like coworking, open gym, and The Roof Chill Out where you can connect with others if you want to.

We offer three categories: Loft, Studio, and Junior Suite — all fully equipped for long stays. Only the Loft has a private washing machine; the others have access to a shared laundry. All units include a kitchen, private bathroom, and ready-to-move-in furniture.

The minimum stay is 1 month. There’s no maximum — you can stay for several months or as long as you need, depending on your remote work setup and lifestyle.

Everything’s included: water, electricity, high-speed internet, regular cleaning, and maintenance. You also get access to the coworking space, open gym, and exclusive discounts at The Roof Chill Out. No extra bills. No surprises.

Yes — at Bristol Sunset Beach and Shambhala, you get both coworking and pool access. If you stay at Holidays Home (villas), coworking is not included, but most villas have private pools and everything you need for a long-term remote stay.

Unfortunately, no. To keep the experience quiet and comfortable for all guests, we currently don’t allow pets in the apartments.

At Bristol Sunset Beach, you’ll find Endorfina Club — yoga, functional training, personal training, and open gym, plus massage and physio services. You can also unwind at The Roof Chill Out, our rooftop gastro bar — a relaxed, multicultural space where locals, surfers, and nomads hang out.
At Shambhala, you’ll enjoy Jablito, our pool bar with the perfect vibe for easy conversations.

 Yes. Every unit is fully furnished with a kitchen, bathroom, linens, cookware, and dishes. You just bring your suitcase — everything else is ready so you can settle in and get to work.
